These are outreaches organised by RAPHASENT OUTREACH COMMITTEE at the various States in Nigeria. Some of the outreaches at the State level include:

• Village medical outreach.
• Prison outreach.
• Hospital visits and support for indigent patients.
• School outreach and health based projects.

Other activities of RAPHASENT VOLUNTEERS include:  rehabilitation of drug addicts and mentally challenged, environmental sanitation service, emergency response and free ambulance service, health education via media, adoption of missionaries, periodic online meetings and briefings e.t.c.
