The follow-up to the last BMO outreach took place between Friday 1st and Sunday 3rd of October 2021. Raphasent team consisting of 3 volunteers arrived Okuta at about 3:30pm and proceeded to Boriya immediately. The follow-up clinic in Boriya was successful, as a good number of our patients were eagerly awaiting our arrival. Part of the first night was spend fellowshipping in prayer with another Missionary couple in Okuta. It was such a refreshing time in God’s presence.

The follow-up clinic commenced in Shiya on Saturday by noon after visiting some of the brethren. The clinic finished about 4 hours later.

Fixing the exhaust pipe of our car that got damaged took almost 2 hours of our time while the remaining part of the night was spent in counselling and  praying for the souls God gave us in the last outreach.

A total of 59 patients were seen during this follow-up. 20 were those that had surgeries during the last outreach, 10 were those that had medical consultation and treatment while the remaining 29 were new patients who received treatment. No complication was recorded so far from the surgery done.

1. Thank God for granting us safe journey during our last outreach and this follow up. Pray for continuous protection from all evils as Raphasent team continue to reach out with Christ’s love.
2. The appreciation shown by the people for the care being given to them has been so encouraging. Pray that this labour of love will yield great harvest of souls among the Bartonun people
3. It was such a joy to see the genuineness and determination of our disciple to follow Jesus. Pray earnestly that he will be established in Christ. Pray for wisdom and God’s increase upon every effort to disciple him.
4. This follow-up cost N55, 700. Pray for continuous provision for the needs of this mission endeavor
5. There is a need for a rugged off-road truck and a bus for this work. Join us to pray for divine provision.
